How long does the branding process take?

We believe great branding doesn’t need to drag on forever. Dino Brand Dive takes just one week (with 3 focused days of your time). BrandCore packages range from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the package you choose, with carefully planned sessions to make the most of your time. We handle the heavy lifting before our meetings, so every moment with us is action-packed and efficient.

Do I need to do Dino BrandDive before BrandCore?

Yes - think of Dino BrandDive as the compass for everything we’ll create together. It’s how we uncover your brand’s purpose, positioning, and personality, giving us the blueprint for all the exciting work that follows. Without it, we’re just guessing, and that’s not how we roll. Every BrandCore package starts with the clarity and insights from the Dino BrandDive.  

I’m not sure if I need a full rebrand or just a refresh. How do I decide?

What are the payment terms for Creative Dino?

We understand plans can change, so we’ve designed our payment terms to be fair and flexible for both of us.

• Dino BrandDive: You can cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled call for a full refund—no questions asked. If you cancel on Day 1 of our interview, we’ll refund 50% of the fee. After that, refunds aren’t available since the magic is already underway!
• Dino BrandCore Packages: Ready to proceed with a BrandCore package? Great news—the cost of your BrandDive will be applied to your package price.  
• Dino BrandSpark: Flexible payment plans are available for Dino BrandSpark to support small businesses and startups. We understand how far a little extra wiggle room goes.

What is your policy for using AI? How do you use AI?

We’re transparent about our use of AI, which is primarily for support in ideation, internal automation, and internal content creation where applicable.

Here’s what you need to know:‍

What we don’t use AI for: Logo creation or design services (unless explicitly requested).‍

Education: For AI-driven content packages, we educate clients on usage rights and maintain transparency in the scope of work (SOW).‍

Training: We also offer workshops to help teams responsibly integrate AI into their workflows.

As creatives, we have accepted that AI is here to stay. Still, the responsibility of using it responsibly within currently available frameworks and with a human touch, lies with each of us.
